📦 PRE-ORDER DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
These Zippies are being made especially for you, so please remember that they are not ready-to-ship items.
Our estimated production and delivery timeframe is approximately:
6–8 weeks for your order to arrive at our Sydney warehouse.
Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, it will be packed and dispatched to you. From this point, our normal shipping and delivery timeframes apply.
Estimated delivery to your door:
Beginning to mid-October 2026.
Please remember that this is an estimated timeframe. Pre-orders involve manufacturing and freight, so unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.

📏 PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY
This one is important!
WE CANNOT CHANGE SIZES ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
Because your Zippies are being made to order, please think ahead when selecting your little one’s size.
Your Zippies are expected to arrive around October, so please choose the size your little one is likely to be wearing in October — not necessarily the size they are wearing today.
For pre-orders, we generally recommend sizing up one size if you are unsure, particularly if your little one is currently between sizes or approaching the next size.
Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
🛒 MULTIPLE ORDERS
You are absolutely welcome to place as many separate pre-orders as you like before the pre-order closes.
However, please be aware:
WE CANNOT COMBINE SEPARATE ORDERS.
If you place multiple orders, each order will remain separate and the applicable shipping charge will apply to each individual order.
If you would like to save on shipping costs, we strongly recommend making sure you have everything you want in your cart before completing checkout.

Discount codes are NOT valid on pre-order Zippies.
As these items are being specially made to order, discount codes and promotional codes cannot be applied to pre-order products.
