ORGANISING A RETURN

NOTE: Returns are only valid if requested AND returned back to us within 14-days of item purchase date. To organise a return please email us at hello@miimie.com and we will respond with instructions. You are liable and responsible to cover all of the shipping costs of any/all returns.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanged or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

PLEASE NOTE: If you damage a garment (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange or credit.

FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customer with products of the highest standard and quality. Where items fail to be of acceptable quality, we will assess the item accordingly and determine repair, replacement or other suitable solution.

Exchange of items is subject to availability. Miimie considers items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3-months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.
