Where do you ship from?
We are based in Northern Sydney, with our main warehouse in Lake Macquarie. This is where our orders are dispatched from.
How are orders posted?
Miimie uses Australia Post for all deliveries. You have a choice of Standard or Express (fast-tracked) shipping options on checkout.
Fastest way to get my order?

Express shipping option - this is when orders are processed (picked, packed and sent out) within 1-2 business days. An email will be sent once your order has been posted which will outline all tracking information. All orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website with your given tracking number once the item has been posted.
Items returned to sender due to incorrect information will incur a re-delivery charge of AUD $9.95

All standard orders are processed (picked and packed) within 5-7 business days from placement of order. Express are processed (picked and packed) within 1-2 business days. All shipping includes a reference number for tracking.

Standard - $17.99 AUD - Delivery estimated 21-30 business days from lodgement.   

How long until I receive my order?
Standard Express within Australia - Flat rate AUD $9.95 (Posted within 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed). With this shipping, expect your parcel in 5-10 business days.
Fast tracked Express within Australia - Flat rate AUD $12.95 (Posted within 1-2 business days). With this shipping expect your parcel in 2-7 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your needs however please let us know prior to placing your order. 
All items posted are tracked yet we take no responsibility for items lost in the mail.

Miimie is happy to exchange your item (less postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use on the Miimie Website, should there be any issues with sizing or in the event of faulty items. Store credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received by our team.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14-days (updated 01.12.21 to 21-days due to Covid Shipping delays) from date of receipt; goods received outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, Miimie is happy to provide you with a refund in the form of a store credit, once items are received back in as stated above. Refunds will only be accepted within 14-days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges on sale items.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidentally over spending, however we can cancel your order and provide you with a credit note for later use.
