1. Validity Period
Gift cards and store credits are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. Once expired, the gift card or store/refund credit will no longer be redeemable.

2. Redeemable Locations
Gift cards and store credits can only be redeemed online at www.miimie.com ONLY, unless otherwise gifted from a branded wholesaler store of ours. Gift cards cannot be used for cash withdrawals or converted to cash.

3. Minimum Expiry Requirements
In accordance with Australian consumer law, all gift cards and store/refund credit vouchers issued are valid for the minimum required period of 3 years unless specified otherwise by the law.

4. Fees
No post-purchase fees apply. However, additional terms may apply to certain promotional or special-use cards, as noted at the time of issuance.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards/emails received with store/refund credit vouchers and replacement is not guaranteed.

6. Non-Transferable
Gift cards and store credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or entity to whom they are issued, unless explicitly permitted.

7. Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Other restrictions may apply as noted during purchase.

8. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be returned to the original gift card or issued as store credit, subject to the conditions at time of purchase.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice, provided any changes comply with Australian consumer law.
